Ungmennafélag Selfoss is een op 1 juni 1936 opgerichte omnisportvereniging uit Selfoss, IJsland. Binnen de vereniging worden de sporten atletiek, gymnastiek, handbal, judo, gewichtheffen, motorcross, taekwondo, voetbal en zwemmen beoefend.

**Geschiedenis:**
UMF Selfoss werd opgericht in 1928. De club is afkomstig uit de stad Selfoss in het zuidwesten van IJsland. Selfoss heeft één keer de beker van IJsland gewonnen, in 2015.

**Speelstijl:**
Selfoss staat bekend om zijn snelle, aanvallende spel. De club heeft een aantal getalenteerde aanvallers, zoals Ari Freyr Skúlason en Aron Elís Þrándarson.

**Ambities:**
Selfoss streeft naar een plek bij de top van de Úrvalsdeild karla. De club wil ook goed presteren in de beker van IJsland en in de UEFA Europa Conference League.
