US Matoury is een voetbalclub uit Frans-Guyana. De club werd opgericht in 1949 en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Stade Municipal de Matoury in Matoury, een voorstad van Cayenne. US Matoury is een van de meest succesvolle clubs in Frans-Guyana en heeft het land meerdere malen vertegenwoordigd in de Coupe de France. De club heeft ook verschillende titels gewonnen in de regionale competitie, de Championnat National du Football Guyanais.
