Khadamat Khanyounis (Arabisch: خدمات خانيونس‎) is een Palestijnse voetbalclub uit de Gazastrook. De club werd in 1954 opgericht en speelt in het Khanyounis Stadion. Khadamat Khanyounis won de Gazastrook Premier League in 1995, 2011 en 2013. De club vertegenwoordigde de Gazastrook ook in verschillende Arabische clubcompetities.
