Het Central District Lions-basketbalteam is een Australisch professioneel basketbalteam gevestigd in Adelaide, Zuid-Australië. Het team speelt in de National Basketball League (NBL) en is een van de acht teams die oorspronkelijk in 1979 aan de competitie deelnamen. De Lions zijn twee keer NBL-kampioen geweest, in 1986 en 1993.

De Lions staan bekend om hun snelle, offensieve speelstijl en hun sterke thuisrecord. Ze spelen hun thuiswedstrijden in het Titanium Security Arena, dat plaats biedt aan 8.000 toeschouwers.

Enkele van de meest bekende spelers die voor de Lions hebben gespeeld, zijn Mark Bradtke, Luc Longley, Shane Heal en Andrew Gaze.
