Prisons FC is een voetbalclub in Mbeya, Tanzania, eigendom van de Tanzania Prisons Service. Ze spelen hun thuiswedstrijden in het Sokoine Stadion.
Tanzania Prisons is een Tanzaniaanse voetbalclub uit Mbeya. De club werd in 1972 opgericht en speelt in de Tanzania Mainland Premier League, de hoogste voetbalklasse in Tanzania. Tanzania Prisons is een van de meest succesvolle clubs in Tanzania en heeft de Tanzania Mainland Premier League tweemaal gewonnen, in 1981 en 1982. De club heeft ook vijfmaal de Tanzania FA Cup gewonnen. Tanzania Prisons is een gevreesde tegenstander voor alle andere clubs in Tanzania en staat bekend om zijn sterke verdediging en snelle aanval. De club heeft ook een aantal bekende spelers voortgebracht, waaronder Mbwana Ally Samatta, die nu speelt voor Aston Villa in de Premier League. Tanzania Prisons is een trotse club met een rijke geschiedenis en zal zeker een rol van betekenis blijven spelen in het Tanzaniaanse voetbal.
