Eleftheroupoli is een Griekse professionele basketbalclub uit Eleftheroupoli, Kavala. De club is in 1986 opgericht en speelt in de Greek Basket League, het hoogste niveau van professioneel basketbal in Griekenland. De thuisbasis van Eleftheroupoli is de Eleftheroupoli Sports Arena, met een capaciteit van 1.000 toeschouwers.

Eleftheroupoli heeft in zijn geschiedenis nog nooit een groot kampioenschap gewonnen, maar heeft wel enkele opmerkelijke successen geboekt. In het seizoen 2017-2018 bereikte de club de finale van de Griekse beker, waar het verloor van AEK. In het seizoen 2019-2020 plaatste Eleftheroupoli zich voor de FIBA Europe Cup, de derde Europese bekercompetitie.
