Gloucester City Association Football Club is een Engelse semi-professionele voetbalclub uit Gloucester. In 2009 werd de club kampioen van de Southern Football League Premier Division en sindsdien komt de ploeg onafgebroken uit op het zesde niveau van het Engelse voetbal.

Thuiswedstrijden worden afgewerkt op New Meadow Park. De beste prestatie van de club in de FA Cup is het bereiken van de tweede ronde, in 1989/90. Het beste resultaat in de FA Trophy is de halve finale (1996/97).

Gloucester is een Engelse voetbalclub die uitkomt in de National League South, het zesde niveau van het Engelse voetbal. De club werd opgericht in 1883 en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden op Meadow Park in Gloucester.

Gloucester heeft een rijke historie in de FA Cup, waarin ze in 1970 de kwartfinales bereikten. De club heeft ook een aantal succesvolle periodes gehad in de lagere divisies, waarbij ze in 1966 en 1970 het kampioenschap van de Southern League wonnen.

Tegenwoordig speelt Gloucester in de National League South en strijdt het om promotie naar de National League. De club heeft een toegewijde aanhang en staat bekend om haar sterke jeugdopleiding.
