Club Cerro Porteño of kortweg Cerro Porteño is een Paraguayaanse voetbalclub uit de hoofdstad Asunción. De club werd in 1912 opgericht en het thuisstadion is het Estadio General Pablo Rojas, dat 25.000 plaatsen heeft. De bijnaam van Cerro Porteño is net als FC Barcelona, Azulgrana (Blauwrood), verwijzend naar de clubkleuren.
Sinds meer dan negentig jaar is Olimpia de aartsrivaal van Cerro Porteño en wedstrijden tussen beide clubs staan bekend als de Super Clasico van het Paraguayaanse voetbal.
Cerro Porteño is de succesvolste voetbalclub van Paraguay, met 33 landstitels. De club werd opgericht op 1 oktober 1912. De thuiswedstrijden worden gespeeld in het Estadio General Pablo Rojas, dat een capaciteit heeft van 45.000 toeschouwers. Cerro Porteño is ook zeer succesvol in internationale toernooien, met 2 overwinningen in de Copa Libertadores (1979 en 1999) en 1 overwinning in de Recopa Sudamericana (1999).
