Tilgher Ercolano U20 is een Italiaanse basketbalclub uit Ercolano. Het team speelt in de Serie B, het derde niveau van het Italiaanse basketbalsysteem.

De club werd in 1968 opgericht als Virtus Ercolano. In 2007 veranderde de club haar naam in Tilgher Ercolano.

De thuisbasis van Tilgher Ercolano is het Pala Ercole in Ercolano. De clubkleuren zijn rood en wit.

Tilgher Ercolano heeft een rijke geschiedenis in het Italiaanse basketbal. De club heeft meerdere titels gewonnen in de Serie B en Serie C. In 2019 promoveerde het team naar de Serie A2, het tweede niveau van het Italiaanse basketbalsysteem.
