Arklow Town Football Club are a football club from Arklow, County Wicklow in Ireland. The club's two senior teams are members of the Leinster Senior League and the Wicklow & District Football League. The club's home ground, known as "Travers Insurances Park" as of 2022, is at Bridgewater Centre Park in Lamberton.
History
The club was founded in 1948, and marked its 75th anniversary in 2023.
The club played in the 2009 FAI Cup, beating University College Dublin's Leinster Senior League team in the second round, before losing to the UCD first team in the third round.
Arklow Town is een Ierse voetbalclub uit Arklow, County Wicklow. De club werd opgericht in 1971 en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Bridgewater Centre Park. Arklow Town komt uit in de Leinster Senior League, het vierde niveau van het Ierse voetbal. De club heeft nog nooit een grote trofee gewonnen, maar won wel de Leinster Senior Shield in 2007. Arklow Town heeft ook een aantal bekende spelers voortgebracht, waaronder Kevin Doyle, die voor Ierland speelde en voor clubs als Reading, Wolverhampton Wanderers en Colorado Rapids.
