Antelope Valley Pioneers is een Amerikaans basketbalteam dat uitkomt in de NBA G League. Het team is gevestigd in Lancaster, Californië en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Antelope Valley College Gymnasium. De Pioneers zijn het ontwikkelingsteam van de Los Angeles Lakers.

Het team werd opgericht in 2017 als de South Bay Lakers en speelde oorspronkelijk in El Segundo, Californië. In 2021 verhuisde het team naar Lancaster en wijzigde zijn naam in Antelope Valley Pioneers.

De Pioneers hebben nog nooit de NBA G League Finals bereikt. Hun beste resultaat was een halve finale optreden in 2020.
