Guayama 3x3 is een professioneel basketbalteam dat uitkomt in de Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN) van Puerto Rico. Het team is gevestigd in Guayama, Puerto Rico en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Coliseo Roque Nido Stella. Guayama 3x3 werd opgericht in 2020 en is het eerste professionele 3x3-basketbalteam in Puerto Rico. Het team bestaat uit vier spelers: Ángel Rodríguez, Javier Mojica, Gilberto Clavell en David Stockton. Guayama 3x3 won het BSN 3x3-kampioenschap in 2020 en vertegenwoordigde Puerto Rico op de FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2020.
