FC Thrissur is een Indiase voetbalclub uit Thrissur, Kerala. De club werd opgericht in 1999 en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Thrissur Municipal Corporation Stadium. FC Thrissur komt uit in de I-League 2nd Division, het tweede niveau van het Indiase voetbalsysteem.

De club heeft een aantal successen geboekt in de Kerala Premier League, de hoogste voetbalcompetitie van Kerala. FC Thrissur won de titel in 2004, 2008 en 2019. De club heeft ook de Kerala State Super Cup gewonnen in 2004 en 2008.

Internationaal heeft FC Thrissur deelgenomen aan de AFC Cup, de tweede grootste clubcompetitie van Azië. De club bereikte de groepsfase van de AFC Cup in 2005, maar werd uitgeschakeld door Tampines Rovers uit Singapore.

FC Thrissur staat bekend om zijn aanvallende speelstijl en zijn sterke jeugdopleiding. De club heeft een aantal spelers voortgebracht die het Indiase nationale team hebben vertegenwoordigd, waaronder Rino Anto en CK Vineeth.
