Cuncolim Union is een Indiase voetbalclub uit de stad Cuncolim in de deelstaat Goa. De club speelt in de I-League, de hoogste voetbaldivisie van India.
Cuncolim Union werd opgericht in 1955. De club won in 1993 de Goa Professional League, het hoogste niveau van clubvoetbal in Goa. In 2000 promoveerde Cuncolim Union naar de I-League. De club degradeerde in 2004 weer naar de Goa Professional League, maar promoveerde in 2006 terug naar de I-League.
Cuncolim Union speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het Cuncolim Municipal Stadium, dat een capaciteit heeft van 5.000 toeschouwers. De clubkleuren zijn rood en wit.
