Al-Bireh Institute is a Palestinian football team based in Al-Bireh, just outside Ramallah, that plays in the West Bank Premier League.
Al Birah is een Palestijnse voetbalclub uit Al Birah. De club werd opgericht in 1973 en speelt haar thuiswedstrijden in het Faisal Al-Husseini Internationaal Stadion. Al Birah komt uit in de West Bank Premier League, de hoogste voetbaldivisie van de Palestijnse Autoriteit. De club heeft nog nooit een grote prijs gewonnen, maar heeft wel enkele successen geboekt in de nationale bekercompetitie. In 2017 bereikte Al Birah de finale van de Palestijnse Cup, maar verloor daarin van Shabab Al-Khalil.
