The Mumbai Football League, also known as the Harwood League, is organised by Mumbai Football Association (MFA), as a ladder-based competition involving a total of five divisions and over 300 teams. It is the top football league in Mumbai and the second oldest football league in Asia after Calcutta Football League.

The league was named after colonel Harwood who founded the Bombay Football Association and became first president.

**India - Mumbai Elite League**

De Mumbai Elite League is een professionele voetbalcompetitie in India voor clubs uit Mumbai. De competitie werd opgericht in 2018 en wordt georganiseerd door de Western India Football Association (WIFA).

De Elite League is de hoogste voetbalcompetitie in Mumbai en de winnaar kwalificeert zich voor de I-League 2nd Division, het tweede niveau van het Indiase voetbalsysteem. De competitie wordt gespeeld in een round-robin-formaat, waarbij elk team twee keer tegen elkaar speelt.
