De Syrische D1 League is de hoogste basketbaldivisie in Syrië en wordt georganiseerd door de Syrische Basketbalbond. De competitie bestaat momenteel uit twaalf teams die elk 22 wedstrijden tegen elkaar spelen in een thuis- en uitwedstrijd. De kampioen van de Syrische D1 League kwalificeert zich voor de FIBA Asia Champions Cup en de verliezend finalist kwalificeert zich voor de FIBA Asia Cup.
