Wikipedia - V. League 2

The Vietnamese National Football First League (Vietnamese: Giải bóng đá hạng Nhất quốc gia Việt Nam), known simply as the V.League 2 and for sponsorship purposes as Gold Star V.League 2, is the second-highest of the Vietnamese football league system after V.League 1, and is currently contested by 10 clubs. The current holders are Quang Nam, who won the 2023 edition.

**Vietnam - V-League 2**

De Vietnam - V-League 2 is de tweede laag van het Vietnamese voetbalcompetitiesysteem. De competitie werd in 2000 opgericht en bestaat uit 12 teams die strijden om promotie naar de V-League 1.

Het seizoen loopt van maart tot oktober en elk team speelt 22 wedstrijden. De kampioen promoveert automatisch naar de V-League 1, terwijl de runner-up een play-off speelt tegen de nummer 11 van de V-League 1 om een plaats in de hoogste divisie. De onderste twee teams degraderen naar de V-League 3.
