The 2020 World Junior Ice Hockey Championship Division II consisted of two tiered groups of six teams each: the fourth-tier Division II A and the fifth-tier Division II B. For each tier's tournament, the first-placed team was promoted to a higher division, while the last-placed team was relegated to a lower division.
To be eligible as a junior player in these tournaments, a player couldn't be born earlier than 2000.
IIHF WK U20 - Divisie 2B is een internationaal ijshockeytoernooi voor mannen onder de 20 jaar. Het is het derde niveau van de IIHF Wereldkampioenschappen U20. Het toernooi wordt sinds 2001 gehouden en wordt jaarlijks gespeeld in een ander land. De winnaar promoveert naar Divisie 2A, terwijl de laatste ploeg degradeert naar Divisie 3.
In 2023 vindt het toernooi plaats in Tallinn, Estland. De volgende landen nemen deel:

* Georgië
* IJsland
* Israël
* Roemenië
