Kroatische 1e klasse heren is de hoogste competitie voor waterpoloclubs in Kroatië. De competitie bestaat uit 10 clubs die in een round-robin competitie spelen. De beste teams plaatsen zich voor de play-offs om het kampioenschap. Het kampioenschap wordt sinds 1991 gehouden en wordt gedomineerd door HAVK Mladost.
