The Czech Republic National Basketball League (NBL) (Czech: Národní Basketbalová Liga) is the top-tier level professional basketball league in the Czech Republic. It is run by the Asociace Ligových Klubů. The league operates under a promotion and relegation system. The bottom two NBL teams from each season's standings are relegated to the 2nd-tier level 1. Liga, while the top two 1. Liga teams from each season's standings are promoted to the NBL.
ČEZ Nymburk has won every league title since the 2003–04 season.
**Tsjechië - NBL**
De Tsjechische NBL (Národní Basketbalová Liga) is de hoogste professionele basketbalcompetitie in Tsjechië. De competitie werd opgericht in 1993 en bestaat uit 12 teams.
De NBL is een van de sterkste nationale basketbalcompetities in Europa en trekt veel getalenteerde spelers aan. De competitie wordt gedomineerd door enkele grote clubs, waaronder Nymburk, USK Praha en Brno.
Het seizoen van de NBL loopt van september tot juni. Elk team speelt 22 wedstrijden in de reguliere competitie, waarna de beste acht teams doorgaan naar de play-offs. De kampioen van de NBL kwalificeert zich voor de FIBA Europe Cup.
