Burgos Club de Fútbol Promesas, formerly Club Deportivo Burgos Promesas 2000, is a Spanish football team based in Burgos, in the autonomous community of Castile and León. Founded in 2000, it is the reserve team of Burgos CF and plays in Tercera Federación – Group 8, holding home matches at Ciudad Deportiva de Castañares.
History
On 4 May 2020, Burgos Promesas reached an agreement with Burgos CF to become their reserve team until 2034. The club was then renamed to Burgos CF Promesas.
Burgos Promesas is een Spaans voetbalteam uit Burgos, dat uitkomt in de Tercera División RFEF, de vierde klasse in Spanje. Het is het reserveteam van Burgos CF.
Het team werd opgericht in 1983 en speelde de eerste jaren in de regionale divisies. In 2003 promoveerde het naar de Tercera División, waar het sindsdien speelt.
Burgos Promesas heeft geen groot stadion, maar speelt in het Campo de Fútbol de Pallafría, dat een capaciteit heeft van 2.500 toeschouwers.
Het team wordt getraind door Carlos Aguilera en heeft een selectie van jonge spelers die proberen door te breken naar het eerste elftal van Burgos CF.
