Het Amerikaanse basketbalteam "Central Michigan" is een NCAA Division I-team dat uitkomt in de Mid-American Conference. Het team is gevestigd in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, en speelt zijn thuiswedstrijden in het McGuirk Arena. De Chippewas worden gecoacht door Keno Davis.

Het team is opgericht in 1914 en heeft in totaal 11 MAC-titels gewonnen, het laatst in 2003. Central Michigan heeft ook 12 keer deelgenomen aan het NCAA-toernooi, waarvan de laatste keer in 2019.
